Тема урока: “Appearance. Who is Who?”

Базовый учебник: «Spotlight-7» учебник английского языка для 7 класса общеобразовательных организаций-М.: Просвещение, 2016.

 

Цель урока : Актуализация ранее изученных лексических единиц, употребляемых для описания внешности людей и семантизация новых лексических единиц по теме «Внешность»

Задачи урока:

образовательная: формировать умение сравнивать, обобщать, делать выводы, анализировать, расширять свой лексический запас посредством знакомства с новыми словами; высказываться на заданную тему

развивающая: развивать коммуникативные навыки сотрудничества с другими учащимися, совершенствовать навыки чтения и произношения новой лексики, развивать умение вести диалог-расспрос

воспитательная: укреплять чувство товарищества, воспитывать интерес к чтению литературных произведений и уважения друг к другу и к окружающим.

 

Ход урока:

I.Организационный момент.

-Учитель: Good morning my dear students. I great you today in our online lesson. How are you today?

- Ответы учащихся.

II. Речевая разминка.

-Учитель: Now tell me some words about the weather. Look through the window. What’s the weather like outside?

-Ответы учащихся.

III. Введение в тему урока.

Учитель: So, you can describe the weather. And what about people? Sometimes we need to speak about the appearance of our friends or people around you. We are going to learn how to describe people.

IV. Введение новой лексики.

Учитель: Let’s look through the necessary words to do it. It’s page 28 exercise 2 in your textbooks you may look at them on your screens as well.

Учитель демонстрирует экран со слайдом с новыми словами по теме «внешность».

Учитель: Let’s read and translate these words and if the word is new for you, you have to write it down into your vocabulary. (Учащиеся зачитывают слова и переводят их, записывают незнакомые слова в свои словари).

V. Первичное усвоение новых знаний.

Учитель: Well done, my dear. Now let’s watch the video. These are short dialogues. Your task is to work in pairs and read them after listening and watching the video. (Учитель делает паузы в видео, учащиеся читают и переводят реплики). https://youtu.be/dgqFsUAuP24

VI. Актуализация новых знаний.

Учитель: The next task for you is to look at the pictures page 28. These are the characters of different books. Do you know them? What books are they from?

Учитель: Now listen to the students who are speaking about these characters. https://prosv.ru/audio/section/spotlight.html Учащиеся слушают запись упражнения 1 на странице 28 учебника из аудио приложения к учебнику.

Учитель: Your task is to match the name of the student with the book they are describing. Учитель организует опрос в Microsoft Teams и запускает его во время аудирования. Опрос отображается в качестве уведомления на экране собрания, а также появляется в окне чата собрания.

Результаты голосования видны учителю автоматически. Если учащиеся допустили ошибки, то учитель корректирует их с объяснением.

Учитель: Now I want you to guess the character of the Russian fairy tale. You have some pictures on the screen. Ask me general questions to know the name of the character I’ve chosen.

 

Учащиеся задают общие вопросы о персонажах, которых они видят на экране.

Учитель: I knew you could do it! Fabulous!

VII Физкультминутка

Учитель: I see that you are tired and your eyes as well. Let’s play then. You may close your eyes. I ask you a question if it is about you than you have to raise your hand.

Учитель задает вопросы учащимся о внешности, при положительном ответе они поднимают руку. Глаза могут быть закрыты, чтобы снять напряжение.

Учитель:

Who has got fair hair?

Who has got green eyes?

Who has got short hair?

Who is well-built? ...

Now you have a lot of strength to continue working. Let’s go on.

VIII Введение нового правила.

Учитель: So different books and characters are not the only difference between languages. If we speak about English and Russian, there is a difference between the word order. In the Russian language you may put the words of a sentence in any order and in English you have to mind the order of the adjectives and shouldn’t use more than three adjectives before a noun. Look at exercise 5 page 29 and study the theory box.

IX Применение знаний по новой теме.

Учитель: Now you have a link to the padlet.com. You can see your personal board there with your name. Your task is to put the adjectives in each of two sentences into the right order. You have 2 minutes to do it. Then we’ll check it all together.

Mr. Smith: a baker, tall, English, wonderful

Mrs. Black: a nurse, American, short, talented

Sam: a boy, naughty, short, young

Nelly: a girl, Russian, clever, beautiful

Учащиеся переходят по ссылке на доску на сайте https://padlet.com/ На каждой доске по два предложения, заранее приготовленных учителем. Задача учеников расположить прилагательные в нужном порядке.

Учитель: I see you are ready. Read your sentences to your classmates.

Учащиеся зачитывают свои предложения. При наличии ошибок, учащиеся исправляют друг друга.

Учитель: Thank you, students. Perfect!

X. Закрепление новой лексики.

You have to translate the words all together.

Учащие переводят слова на карточках.

Учитель: To finish our lesson I want you to describe your classmate. Don’t pronounce his/her name just say: “This person has…” and speak about her/his appearance. Other students should listen to you and try to guess the person you are speaking about.

Один учащийся описывает своего одноклассника. Остальные высказывают свои догадки о том, кто это может быть. Количество отвечающих зависит от оставшегося времени урока.

Учитель: What good listeners you are! Nothing can stop you now! Creative work!

Учитель: Sorry to say but our lesson is over. You get… And your homework is…

Учитель выставляет оценки и задает домашнее задание.
