Цели урока: Формирование и совершенствование языковой компетенции через получение знаний по теме «Celebrations»

Задачи урока:

Общеобразовательные – формирование лексико-грамматических навыков говорения, поискового чтения, а также диалогической речи и применение их на практике.

Развивающий аспект – развитие умения работать с текстом, классификация, речевые действия, воображение; навыки диалогической речи и письма. Развитие памяти, внимания, мышления.
Воспитательный аспект - развитие презентационно-речевых умений. Воспитывать умение общаться, анализировать и взаимодействовать.

Регулятивные – планирование алгоритма построения работы с образовательным материалом и одноклассниками.

Познавательные - импровизация, высказывание предположений, обсуждение проблемных вопросов.

Речевой материал: применение изученной лексики по теме «Праздники/Торжества»

Тип урока: нестандартный комбинированный речевой урок. Изучение нового материала, обобщение и закрепление грамматических навыков.
Вид урока: урок совершенствования речевых и презентационных умений по теме «Празднования».

Основные термины и понятия: Лексика по теме «Celebrations / Праздник/Торжества». Грамматика по теме «Countable and Uncountable nouns / Исчисляемые и неисчисляемые существительные»

Наглядность: презентация, аудиозапись.

Применяемые технологии: проектные, информационные, компьютерные.

Формы работы: парная, индивидуальная, фронтальная, групповая.

Ход урока.

1. Начало урока (Beginning of the lesson). Приветствие учащихся, обозначение целей и задач урока.

Teacher: Good morning! Glad to see you at our lesson “Celebrations”. Today we have special lesson. Please greet each other!

-Sit down, please.

- Today we are going to start a Module, it is number 8. And the first Unit has got a topic “Celebrations”. What does this word mean?

-“Festive activities”. Right you are!

Фонетическая зарядка. (Warming up) Снежный ком

Teacher: We have learnt many words from Module 7. They are the names of different clothes. Let’s try to remember some of them. (Проектор ) Look at the screen. There are a lot of pictures on the screen. These words are well-known to you. Using this words you have to make a sentence, follow my example: Kate went to the shop and bought a nice blue T-shirt. Your task is to continue the chain.

Great! you did it wonderful. And now I will make it more complicated. We shall do another chain. You have to tell in what section of a shop she has bought everything.

2. Введение в тему урока (Introduction).

Today we are going to discuss festivals around the world and revise grammar rules.

And before we start, please, tell me What festivals do you know? How do people celebrate them? What popular celebrations do you know in our country?

-Thank you for your answers!

-Nowadays people can get a lot of information about festive traditions and activities.

3. Основная часть (Main Part).

Teacher :Open your Student’s books at page 96! Exercise 2. Have a look, there is the definition of the word “harvest”, let’s read it.

Now You will listen to the tape, it will be a text from exercise 3. There are some gaps there, so be attentive and fill in the missing words. Be careful and check their spelling.

So right now we are going to read and translate the text and discuss all difficult things and questions.

4. Работа с грамматикой. Исчисляемые и неисчисляемые существительные.

Good job! We have finished with this part of our lesson. And at the moment we are going to move to a grammar discussion. Countable and uncountable nouns.

What do you remember about them?

Now let’s read the rules given in exercise 6 a page 97. If something is not clear, ask me then!

Do you have any questions? Then I give you 1 minute to complete the gaps with a/an or some.
