- Good morning, dear boys and girls! I’m glad to see you! Sit down, please. My name is M.G. and I’ll be your English teacher for the lesson today.

-How are you today? Are you ready to work? Are you ready to speak English? Ok, look at the screen, please! I’d like it to be the motto of our lesson.

A GREAT SUCCESS BEGINS WITH A SMALL VICTORY.

- What is her favourite day?

- How do you think what is the topic of our lesson? Right, it’s about a favourite day. So, the theme of our lesson – is my favourite day. (записывает тему урока на доске)

-What should we learn at the lesson? What is the aim of our lesson? OK, today we will learn to tell about our favourite day. It’s the main aim of our lesson.

-Do you have a favourite day? What is your favourite day?

Its your first victory. (прикрепляет на доску звездочку – символ маленькой победы)

-So, first of all I’d like to know how you are ready for the lesson, and how you know the words and phrases for our lesson. Let’s play a game “Find your pair”. In front of you there is a card with a phrase, you should take it and read. The other student reads the equivalent in Russian/English.

-You are well done. I see you know a lot of words and expressions. You will need them today. Good! One more victory. (учитель прикрепляет на доску звездочку – символ маленькой победы).

Один ученик читает фразу на английском (русском) языке, другой читает эквивалент на другом языке.

Создание мини-проектов «Идеальный день» (работа в группах). Защита проектов.

- The favourite day is a perfect day. What does the perfect day mean to you? Let’s work in groups. Let’s make three groups. You have a card with a spidegram. You should stick in the spidegram what you do in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening in your perfect day. You have two minutes.

-So, are you ready? Let’s listen to you. The first group read what we do in the morning. Will you add? The second group read what we do in the afternoon. The third group read what we do in the evening.

-Well done. One more victory is yours! (учитель прикрепляет на доску еще одну звездочку)

Заполняют схему в группах (из имеющихся карточках на столах). Во время

обсуждения группы готовят мини-проекты. Затем каждая группа рассказывает, что они делают в свой любимый день. Представители других групп добавляют свои варианты.

Развитие навыков чтения и аудирования с целью извлечения основной информации.

Предлагает учащимся открыть учебники на стр.40. Просмотреть текст, не читая и ответить на вопрос о любимом дне Анны.

- Let’s compare you perfect day with Ann’s day. Open your books at page 40. Look at the title. What is Ann’s favourite day? Let’s read and listen to find out why she likes it.

-But first of all, look at the screen. There are new words and phrases in the text. Let’s read and translate them. (слайд №4)

-Now, lets listen and read the text to answer why she likes Saturdays.

Открывают учебники, просматривают текст и отвечают на вопрос.

- Ann’s favourite day – is Saturday

Cмотрят на доску и повторяют за учителем трудные слова и выражения.

Set off – отправляться в путь

The rest of the team – остальные члены команды

Go camping – идти в поход

Arrive at – прибывать в

Put up the tents – ставить палатки

To tie knots – вязать узлы

Build fires – разводить костер

Go climbing – заниматься скалолазанием

1.But now lets check, take QR-codes, look at the screen and show your cards with correct answers.

2. Учитель читает фразу на русском языке.

-But now give English equivalent.

Он начинается в 9 часов с большого завтрака.

После обеда мы играем в футбол или занимаемся скалолазанием.

Когда мы заканчиваем ужин, мы уходим в наши палатки.

Я очень люблю субботы.

Учащиеся выполняют тест после прочтения текста в приложении Plickers.

Находят эквивалент на английском языке.

-It starts at 9 o’clock with a big breakfast.

- In the afternoon we play football or go climbing.

- When we finish dinner, we go to our tents.

-Are you tired? Lets have a rest. Stand up, children. (слайд №5)

Выполняют движения за героями песенки и поют вместе с ними.

Активизация грамматического материала по теме «Linkers».

-Now, I want you to look at the screen. There are 2 sentences. (слайд №6)

1. Mary does her homework. She plays computer games.

2. Mary does her homework. Then she plays computer games.

- What is the difference? Right. The word THEN. Why is it necessary to use it? It helps to understand the order events happen.

-Ann’s story is logical, because it has linkers. Linkers – это слова-связки.

Учитель просит посмотреть на экран и прочитать слова- связки.

-Look at the screen. (слайд №7) Let’s read the linkers. Say after me. And now write these words in your copybooks. But now, find linkers in the text. Well done!

-Now , go to the smartboard and link these sentences. Use: and, then, after that, when, before. Great! One more star is yours! (учитель прикрепляет на доску еще одну звездочку).

1. She has breakfast. She leaves for school.
2. I put on my special uniform. I set off with my friend to the forest.
3. On Sundays we have a family dinner. We watch a movie.
4. I get up. The alarm clock rings.
5. She has a bath. She gets dressed.

Учащиеся читают предложения, сравнивают их. Определяют, чем отличаются предложения.

Этап включения в систему знаний и повторения ( диалогическая речь)

-Well, you see Ann’s favourite day is Saturday. What about you? Use the questions after the text to make the dialogues. I give you 2 minutes. Ex 2b,p 40 (слайд№8)

Are you ready? Now, let’s listen to you.

Осуществляет контроль за выполнением задания, затем спрашивает одну-три пары.

-Maybe, someone wants to tell us about his or her favourite day. Who wants? Are there any volunteers?

-Great! One more star is yours! ( прикрепляет на доску еще одну звездочку)

Работают в парах, составляют диалоги. Задают друг другу вопросы о любимом дне, используя за основу вопросы упр 2b стр 40.Затем (1-3 пары) рассказывают свой диалог о любимом дне перед классом.

Один-два обучающихся рассказывают про свой любимый день. (по желанию)

Домашнее задание, инструктаж по его выполнению.

Проводит инструктаж по выполнению домашнего задания.

-If you want to get a «5» – Make a report about your favourite day of the week and tell it to your classmates;

«4»- Write a short article about your favourite day of the week for the school magazine;

«3» – Answer the questions Ex 4. P 40.
