Треугольник успеха: почему школа и семья — это одна команда

Василий Александрович Сухомлинский, выдающийся педагог-гуманист, однажды сказал:

«В семье закладываются корни, из которых вырастают потом и ветви, и цветы, и плоды. На воспитание детей школа и семья должны смотреть как на единый, неразрывный процесс».
(В. А. Сухомлинский, «Родительская педагогика»).

Эти слова остаются актуальными и сегодня. Часто можно услышать фразу, что школа — это «второй дом». Но давайте будем честны: этот дом будет по-настоящему уютным и продуктивным только тогда, когда в нем живут не только учителя и дети, но и родители.

Мы привыкли воспринимать учебный процесс как прямую линию: учитель дает знания, ученик их усваивает. Но на деле эта модель работает только в теории. В реальности же образование — это сложный «треугольник», где вершины — это Учитель, Ученик и Родитель. И если одна из сторон проседает, вся конструкция теряет устойчивость.

Почему вовлеченность родителей — это не просто «помощь», а необходимость?

1. Единое поле смыслов. Когда ребенок видит, что дома и в школе говорят на одном языке, ценят одни и те же вещи и с уважением относятся к процессу обучения, у него исчезает внутренний конфликт. Он понимает: учеба — это не «обязаловка», которую навязали в классе, а важная часть жизни, которую разделяет вся семья.
2. Эмоциональная опора. Школа — это не только оценки. Это стрессы, первые неудачи, поиск себя и социализация. Родитель, который «в теме» школьной жизни, лучше понимает, через что проходит ребенок, и может вовремя подставить плечо, а не просто спросить: «Что получил в дневнике?».
3. Доверие как фундамент. Когда мы взаимодействуем постоянно, а не только на родительских собраниях по поводу оценок, между учителем и семьей выстраивается доверие. Мы становимся союзниками. А когда взрослые доверяют друг другу, дети чувствуют себя в безопасности.

Вовлекать родителей в школьную жизнь — это не значит заставлять их делать уроки за детей или бесконечно мастерить поделки по ночам. Это значит приглашать их в пространство школы, давать им возможность увидеть жизнь класса изнутри, посмеяться вместе с детьми и стать частью их маленьких побед.

Совместные игры, праздники и проекты — это лучший способ «растопить лед» и напомнить всем нам: мы делаем одно большое дело. Мы растим личностей. И делать это вместе — гораздо интереснее, проще и эффективнее.

Предлагаю вашему вниманию сценарий игры, который поможет вам стать чуть ближе к своим детям и друг к другу. Важно, что данную игру проводят сами дети, обыгрывая каждый конкурс в виде сценки.

Игра для родителей

Нужно: 4-5 столов (по количеству команд), стулья, лавочки для зрителей, экран, компьютер, доска для результатов.

Рассаживаем команды, родители получают карточки с цветным номером и ищут стол с таким же номером, музыка.

Звучит гимн Британии, выходят ведущие (дети).

Представление

Ребята одеты в нарядную одежду, в руках британские флажки

1 ребенок: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen!

2 ребенок: Welcome to our game!

3 ребенок: We learn English.

4 ребенок: We love English.

5 ребенок: We are happy to see you at our show.

All sing: We are in the show together,

My friends, my mom and me.

Come to our show,

Come and see.

Welcome! Welcome!

Конкурс «Угадай слова».

Нужно 8 актёров: Балу, Маугли и 6 обезьян. Костюмы и материалы:

карточки для ответов, листы А4 с буквами, музыка In the Jungle, указка и очки для медведя.

Слова:

1. school l-s-o-h-o-c

2. eraser a-s-e-r-r-e

3. guitar r-i-a-u-t-g

4. autumn a-m-u-t-n-u

На сцене Балу, с указкой и в очках, нервничает. Начинается музыка “In the jungle”. Пританцовывая вместе с обезьянами, появляется Маугли.

Балу: Maugli, you are late!

Маугли: I’m sorry, Balu.

Балу: Do you understand that to be a real person you have to learn a lot!

Маугли (нарочито): Yes, my teacher!

Балу: I hope, you’ve learned the words I asked you.

Маугли: Yes, of course!

Балу: Good. In this case I’ve got a task for you. Monkeys, can you help me, please?

Выходят дети- обезьянки с буквами

Балу: Unscramble the letters.

Маугли: Oh, it’s difficult… (почёсывает затылок). Затем обращается в зал. Ladies and gentlemen! I need your help! You see the letters. Guess what words they make and write the words on your cards.

1 реб - обезьянка: In this place children study English, Russian, Maths. (school)

Через 30 секунд.

Балу: Next!

2 реб: You need it if you want to correct your drawing. (eraser)

Через 30 секунд.

Балу: Next!

3 реб: It’s a musical instrument. It looks like a pear. (guitar)

Через 30 секунд.

Балу: Next!

4 реб: It’s a season. The school year starts in it.(autumn)

Через 30 секунд.

Балу: Next!

5 реб: A son or a daughter of your uncle. (cousin)

Балу: Next!

6 реб: You wear it when it’s cool outside. (jacket)

А Now correct answers: дети со словами называют, пока карточки собирают.

За каждое правильное слово команды получают по 1 баллу.

Конкурс с блинами.

Звучит музыка в стиле кантри.

Костюмы животных из Винни Пуха.

Оборудование: сковородки, блины, салфетки, секундомер. Входят дети, все, кроме Винни Пуха

Кролик: Oh, my brother has been here. (нюхает )

Входит Винни

Tигра How are you today?

Винни: Fine, but I am so hungry!

Кролик: Do you want pancakes?

Пятачок: Nice, tasty pancakes with honey!

Винни: Yes, they are yummy!

Кенга: Do you like pancakes? (обращается к родителям)

Винни: Take part in our pancake race!

Пятачок: This is a pancake on the pan.

Tигра: You take it, throw the pancake in the air, catch it with the pan and run to your partner.

Kенга: Be careful. Don’t drop the pancake.

Вини : The fastest team wins.

Пятачок : We need three volunteers.

All: Good luck.

Бегут, записываем результат, ставим баллы. Заканчиваем.

Самая быстрая команда получает 4-5 баллов ,смотря сколько команд, 2-3, 3-2 и 4-1

All: It was fun, thank you.

Винни: On the card write who we are, please.(собираем карточки).

Конкурс с рифмами.

Вылетает Гарри Потер на метле,пробегает по сцене, герои убегают ,звучит музыка из Гарри Поттера

Нужно: метла, очки, мантия, волшебные палочки, крыса, сова, рыжий кот.

Гарри ,Рон, Гермиона в костюмах.

HP ковыряется с метлой, выходит Ron

R: Sure you can manage that broom.

HP: Shame it doesn't come with a parachute.

R: Are you a wizard or what?

Выходит Hermion.

H: What are you up to here, guys!? Everybody is waiting!

HP: Who is waiting?

H: Parents!

HP: Oops, let’s start then.

Обращается к родителям: Hello, you are welcome to wizard’s riddles.

R: there is some help for you in these riddles – that’s rhymes- something like cat-bat.

Конкурс «Дартс».

Нужны: дартс ,подставка под него

Дети выходят в костюмах Robin Hood и Mary Ann. (или как Питер Пен и Джейн)

RH: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen!

MA: We’re going to have a shooting competition tonight.

RH: Who is the best shooter in your team?

MA: Please choose three people from each team and come up to us!

RH: Here are the arrows.

MA: The team shows the best results, will get five – four points!

Музыка звучит перед началом стрельбы каждой команды.

Подходят по два-три человека из каждой команды, кидают darts.

Пять –четыре очка получает самая меткая команда, остальные в порядке убывания минус балл, минимум- 1 балл.

MA: Now write on the card who we are if you have recognized us, please.

RH: Thank you! Have a pleasant evening! (уходят)

 

Конкурс с пословицами.

Костюмы:

Шекспир, студенты Оксфорда

Оборудование: 5 конвертов с 3 пословицами, которые разрезаны на отдельные слова и напечатаны разным шрифтом. (Two heads are better than one. Actions speak louder than words. The early bird catches the worm.), клей, карточки.

Shakespeare: обращение к членам команд:

-Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! “This the mind that makes the body rich” – have you ever heard these words? Yes? They are mine. “The fool doth think he is wise, but the Wiseman knows himself to be a fool”. Wisdom is a great thing! Let me see how well you know English and Russian proverbs. My young friends will explain the task to you. Good luck! You never know what you can do till you try!

Oxford students: объясняют задание и раздают конверты с английскими пословицами, карточки и клей.

1 student: In all the languages of the world there are sayings and proverbs that have the same meaning.

2 student: Each team get 3 sets of words (показывает конверт). Your task is to make up 3 different proverbs and paste them on the card (показывает карточку).

3 student: Then try to recall Russian proverbs that have the same meanings and write them on the next line (показывает), and your score will be doubled!

4 student: You have 3 minutes. When you finish, give the card to us, please.

All together: Four eyes see more than two! Good luck!

Через 3 минуты собрать карточки с наклеенными английскими пословицами и написанными русскими эквивалентами.

Хиппи: Guess and write on the card the name of each film.

На подносах: жареный бекон(fried bacon), жареное яйцо(fried egg), грибы(mushrooms), жареная половинка помидора(fried tomato), тост , сосиска(sausage), фасоль в томате(beans) плюс тарелка с овсянкой, лимон, йогурт, вареное яйцо, бутерброд с сыром.

Музыка из фильма, когда персонажи заходят.

SH: What is the weather like today, doctor?

Doctor: Fine. Have you found the witness?

Sh: Yes, that poor little girl who..

В этот момент входит домработница с подносом:

Your breakfast, sir.

Обращение к родителям, пока мы вносим такой же поднос для каждой команды:

Look at the tray carefully. Choose and leave on it only what British people eat for Full English Breakfast.

You have 3 minutes. When you have finished, цrite on this card (показывает) in English what it consists of.

За каждый правильный продукт команда получает по 1 баллу, если он еще и назван правильно по-английски, то дополнительный балл.

Пока родители пишут, выбирают, звучит музыка из фильма.

Через 3 минут подносы забирают, на карточках ШХ просит написать их имена, если они их узнали:

Входит волынщик: “Dear guests,

For our next task each team needs one representative. I will give him or her a card with a word on it, and they will have to mime this word so that their team could guess what they mime.

You will have two minutes for ten words. While you are miming the words, you should be absolutely silent. If your team fails to guess the word or is too slow at guessing it, you should say “NEXT!” There will be 10 words for each team, and for each word that your team guesses it will get one point. While a team is answering, the other teams should keep silence.

Во время игры счетная комиссия подсчитывает, сколько баллов набрала каждая команда. За каждое отгаданное слово – 1 балл.
