1. чтение вслух небольшого текста научно-популярного характера;

2. участие в условном диалоге-расспросе;

Every theatre fan bears his own answer to the question why he likes a theatre. For lots of people a theatre has become a kind of magic where actors transform into various characters. A dramatic performance was the only chance to show somebody else’s life for societies without cinematograph. Life of others is always interesting to us. We compare it to ours and we are happy if our life is better as well as we feel sorrow if our life is worse. That is why a theatre became so popular in ancient Greece and then spread into other countries. At present almost every city has at least one theatre with a stock company. Many people are fond of visiting their favorite theatres, being aware of new performances. Ulyanovsk Drama theatre is the center of cultural life for many citizens.

I am going to give a talk about graffiti. To my mind, it is interesting to talk about it. I think graffiti appeared in the twentieth century. Artists express their talent in such a way. No doubt, works produced by graffiti artists demonstrate a wide spectrum of personal and cultural expression. Graffiti is appreciated by many people. In many ways viewing graffiti art is very much like viewing contemporary art in a gallery. The attitude to it is different. Sometimes people use public walls because they have nowhere else to express their talent. Personally, I for this kind of art.

To sum up, I would advise city authorities create special places for graffiti artists where all people will be able to see this kind of art.

A healthy way of life is fashionable nowadays. Many people follow some rules: go in for sports, temper, eat healthy food, keep to a day regimen and walk in the open air. Perhaps, sport occupies the most important place in a healthy way of life. Tempering also takes an important place in maintaining the vital tonus. It includes dousing with cold water, a contrast shower, rubbing with snow and other procedures. Tempering supports the vascular tone. We shouldn’t forget about healthy eating either. Proteins, fats and carbohydrates should be balanced. Proteins are the «bricks» that make up the body's cells. Your body needs fats that reserve energy and calories. But it is necessary to limit yourself in sweets, salt, spicy and fried foods, and also strong carbonated drinks. It is also important to keep to a day regimen. We should go to bed and get up at approximately the same time.

Imagine that you are preparing a project with your friend. You have found some interesting material for the presentation and you want to read this text to your friend. You have 1.5 minutes to read the text silently, then, be ready to read it out aloud. You will not have more than 1.5 minutes to read it.

3. Giving a talk .

  • Give a talk about anorexia.

Remember to say:

  • what reasons lead to it;
  • what to do to avoid the disease;
  • what your attitude is to it

I am going to give a talk about anorexia. To my mind, it is necessary to talk about it. Young girls are eager to have good and slim shapes as modern models and actresses have. Unfortunately some of them can not stop in their desires. They forget about their health and then bad consequences and even diseases such as anorexia appear. Measure is necessary in everything. Young girls should make friends with sports and healthy food. It is impossible to follow any diet.

Personally I think anorexia is very dangerous. Parents and teachers at school should explain it to the girls. I would stop any girl from it.

That is all I want to say about it.
