Control work, the 5th form, the 2nd term.
I. LISTENING (17 минут)
Вид задания — matching (установление соответствий).
Цель — проверка умения понимать детальное содержание прочитанного. Учащиеся слушают текст дважды. Перед первым прослушиванием текста учащиеся знакомятся с позициями, которые подразумевают содержание диалога. В ходе второго прослушивания они отмечают галочкой правильные позиции.
Диалог для аудирования:
A boy: Here you are, Paul. Hi!
Paul: Hi, Roy. What are you doing?
— I am watching a video. Want to join me?
— I don’t think so. Do you remember we wanted to listen to my new CD?
— Of course, I remember and I always listen to music in the evenings.
— But the music is a little bit loud. Are you at home alone?
— No, my mum and my sister are here.
— What are they doing?
— Nelly is doing the homework in her room and mum is cooking the dinner. They always do it in the evening.

II. READING (20 минут)
Вид задания — gap filling (заполнение пропусков). Цель — проверка умения читать с полным пониманием прочитанного и умения определять внутреннюю организацию текста.
Ключи: 1 — D; 2 — F; 3 — В; 4 — Е; 5 — С; 6 — А.
III. WRITING (20 минут)
Вид задания — letter writing (написание письма). Данное задание проверяет умение написать письмо, содержащее конкретную информацию о себе. Оценивается умение правильно оформить письмо, четко и полно изложить содержание письма в соответствии с заданием.
IV. SPEAKING (45 минут)
Вид задания — role play (ролевая игра). Цель — проверка умения вести диалогическое общение по заданной ситуации в рамках пройденной темы. Задание выполняется в течение урока. Учащиеся вызываются парами.
Control work, the 5th form, the 3d term.
I. LISTENING (20 минут)
Вид задания — multiple choice (множественный выбор). Цель — контроль умения понимать речь на слух (извлечение необходимой информации). Перед прослушиванием учащиеся знакомятся с заданием. После первого прослушивания учащиеся выбирают правильные ответы. Повторное прослушивание организуется для проверки учащимися своих записей.
За каждый правильный ответ — 1 балл.
Текст для аудирования:
African-American families celebrate Kwanzaa. Kwanzaa starts on 26th December and finishes on 1st January. People decorate their houses with red, green and black, the colours of Kwanzaa. There are seven principles or rules of Kwanzaa and on each day, people practise a different principle. Every morning, someone lights a candle and talks about the day’s principle. The seven principles are:
1. Family and friends are very important.
2. Decide what is best for you and other people.
3. Work together.
4. Help other people.
5. Do your best for yourself and other people.
6. Be creative.
7. Believe in your culture and your family.
On 31st December, there is a big dinner that the family make together and the next day parents give presents to their children.

1. Вид задания — oral report (устное сообщение). Цель задания — проверить умение говорить логично, аргументированно по заданной ситуации в рамках пройденной темы. На обдумывание высказывания дается 1 минута. Учащиеся выбирают одну-две картинки по своему желанию.
2. Вид задания — role play (ролевая игра). Цель — проверка умения вести диалогическое общение по заданной ситуации в рамках пройденного материала. Учащиеся знакомятся с заданием и разыгрывают диалог. На подготовку дается время от 1 до 2 минут.
