Сказка на уроке английского языка

Моя сказка рекомендована детям младшего школьного возраста. Её можно использовать как на уроках английского языка и литературы, так и рекомендовать к прочтению детьми во внеурочное время.

В современном мире от родителей постоянно можно услышать жалобы: «Он постоянно в телефоне», «Каждую свободную минуту играет», «Все разговоры - об играх», «Забираешь телефон - ноет, плачет, злится, договориться невозможно». Проблема чрезмерного увлечения детей телефоном может иметь негативные последствия. И описанная мною в сказке ситуация может произойти с любым ребенком, который слишком много времени проводит в телефоне.

В качестве главного героя был выбран плюшевый медвежонок, который есть практически у каждого ребенка.

Медвежонка я назвала простым и запоминающимся для детей именем Менни. Главный герой отправляется в увлекательное путешествие по дому, показывая юным читателям, к каким последствиям может привести чрезмерное увлечение телефоном и игнорирование просьб родителей.

A TEDDY BEAR

Once upon a time there lived a girl Annie and her mother. They lived in a very small house. The mother had to work hard from morning till night because they were very poor.

 

She often asked Annie to clean up the house and to keep their things in order while she was working. But Annie hated doing this. She liked playing phone games all day long. One morning Annie’s mother told her to do the washing-up, to put her clothes in the wardrobe and her toys into the box. The girl didn’t want to do it but her mother was very persistent. And there was nothing left for Annie to do but to go to her room.

 

 

 

Entering the room she looked around. There were neither clothes nor toys in the room. Only her teddy bear Menny was sitting on the floor in the corner. Annie came closer to Menny. Suddenly he started talking:

«Hi, Annie! I think you are a bit shocked, all your toys, clothes and other things have disappeared! I have to stay here to tell you about how it is important to make your things in order. So let’s go on an interesting trip!» - said Menny. «Are you ready?» - he added.

«Oh, of course I am ready to join you», said Annie.

«Then let's go!» - the teddy said.

 

At first Annie and her teddy went to the kitchen, there were neither dishes nor tableware on the shelves. The teddy bear said «Your mother cooks for you and she needs pots and spoons» «I didn’t know that they are so necessary!» - answered Annie.

«Well, let’s go your bedroom», - said Menny.

 

When they entered the bedroom, they saw that the wardrobe was empty. Annie couldn’t find her clothes anywhere. She was very disappointed.

«You need warm clothes to put on because it is cold outside», said Menny.

«But there aren’t any clothes in the wardrobe. What am I to do now?» - asked Annie. «I’m very upset. I’m very bored. I want to play with my toys», - cried Annie. «I’ll look for them», - she added. The girl searched everywhere but failed to find her toys. She began crying.

«Now you see you need all the things: dishes, clothes and toys. You spent too much time playing phone games. You didn’t keep them in order that’s why they disappeared», said Menny.

«Oh, I’ve understood that it is necessary to clean up and to keep all the things in order. Thank you very much, Menny! I promise to help my mother around the house and I won’t play phone games anymore», said Annie.

«I’m very glad to help you!» - said the teddy bear. «Now close your eyes for a

moment!» The girl closed the eyes. When she opened her eyes, she saw all the things in their places while Menny was lying in the corner of the room. Annie was very glad. She picked him up and hugged. Then she put him next to her other toys on the shelf. It was a wonderful day for her!
